Ultra Premium Denissimo Balsamico
Our Denissimo is made from Trebbiano grape must, which is naturally carmelized and cooked down to an even greater extent, and aged for EVEN longer in the traditional "Batteria" of Modena, Italy. Our exclusive Denissimo contains less than 1% barrel aged Italian red wine vinegar for probiotic effect, and slowly ages in five different casks comprised of mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry wood. This exquisite and exceedlingly rare 1.36% density balsamic is extremely complex boasting favor notes of cherry wood, dried fruits, raisins, figs, and hints of chocolate. Serve with your finest cheese plates, drizzle over melons or berries, use as a finishing glaze on meats and poultry, or make your desserts swoon with flavor. There isn't any culinary application in which this balsamic won't shine.

From Jerez, Spain and made in the traditional Solera system, our Sherry Reserva 25 year aged Wine Vinegar has a true sherry flavor that can only come from cask-aging. This fine Spanish vinegar is fabulous in reduction sauces, glazes and whenever strength and depth of flavor is desired.
With an acidity of 6%, our Organic Red Wine Vinegar is blended from the finest Italian red wines, Lambrusco and Trebbiano, both of which are made from the highest quality grape varieties grown in Italy. It's then aged slowly for more than ten years in white Italian oak barrels, without added sulfites, producing a full bodied vinegar with exceptional flavor. The wine is converted to vinegar using a slow, natural fermentation, which produces a robust flavor.
Our handcrafted, Roasted Walnut Oil is made in Saumur, France strictly following 150 year old traditional methods. It is slowly roasted to perfection, then expeller pressed and lightly filtered. It adds a rich walnut taste to salad dressing, pasta, grilled meats and fresh baked pastries or makes a great bread dip. Pairs well with our Blackberry-Ginger, Red Apple, Raspberry and Strawberry dark balsamic vinegars.
Our Japanese dark toasted sesame oil is roasted slow and at a low temperature, and then pressed in small batches. It has tremendous depth of flavor. This oil is one of the most flavorful and fragrant oils in the world. Terrific for Asian-style Stir Fry.
